Virginia
Virginia ABC operates state-run retail stores and sets statewide shelf prices. Limited-availability bottles are distributed through ABC-run programs rather than open shelves.

How allocation works
Virginia ABC has used online drawings and store-level limited releases for high-demand bottles. Exact entry windows, eligibility (age, residency) and purchase limits change per release.
Where to check
Official Virginia ABC website, product pages and limited-availability announcements.
