These terms apply to your use of BarrelDex (barreldex.com), operated by EVRLAKES DIGITAL LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

BarrelDex is intended only for people of legal drinking age, which is 21 or older in the United States. By using the site you confirm that you are 21 or older and of legal drinking age where you live. If you are not, leave the site.
Information only. No sales.
BarrelDex is an informational reference. We do not sell, ship, deliver, broker or arrange the sale or trade of alcoholic beverages, and you may not use the site to do so. Any purchase happens with an independent licensed retailer under its own terms and the laws of your state.
Prices, availability and release dates
Prices shown are informational. They are drawn from published state price lists, distillery announcements or dated market observations, each labelled with its source and date. Prices change, vary by state and retailer, and may be out of date. Secondary-market ranges are estimates, not offers. Release dates and allocation rules are set by distilleries and state agencies and can change without notice. Always confirm with the retailer or agency. See the Price & Data Disclaimer.
Accuracy
We work to cite every figure, but sources can be wrong or out of date and we may make errors. Fields we haven't verified are flagged. Please check important details yourself and send corrections.

Unless stated otherwise, BarrelDex is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any distillery, brand, retailer or state agency. Names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.
Our content and data. No scraping.
Site text, design and the compilation of the BarrelDex dataset are owned by EVRLAKES DIGITAL LLC. We publish the dataset for download on the Open Data page under the Data License. Use those files. You may not use robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated means to crawl, copy or extract the site's pages, or put an unreasonable load on the site. Ordinary search-engine indexing is permitted.
Submissions
If you send us a correction or tip, include a source and send only information you have the right to share. By submitting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, edit and publish it. We may decline any submission. Offers to buy, sell or trade bottles will not be published.
Responsible drinking

No warranties
The site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, EVRLAKES DIGITAL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for purchases, entries or decisions you make based on the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100 (US). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify EVRLAKES DIGITAL LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

General and changes
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept them.
